Bucharest real estate market registers record lows in this period. There are neighborhoods in the capital where can be found houses even at 30,000 Euro. According to an Imopedia.ro study, on Alexandriei Road about 30% of the houses market consists of properties priced between 30,000 Euro and 75,000 Euro.
Rahova is ranked second among the areas where houses prevail until 75,000 Euro. Here 23% of home sellers have properties that do not exceed the amount of 75,000 euro.
In third place is another southern district of the capital. It is Berceni, where are courtyard homes with values ranging from 30.000 Euro - 75.000 Euro and represents 15% of the entire supply of houses in the area.

Other districts of Bucharest where we find houses with prices between 30.000 - 75.000 Euro: Giulesti (12% of the area supply), Pantelimon (12% of the area supply), Giurgiului (11% of the area supply), Grivitei (10% of the area supply).

Areas where can be found houses between 75,000 Euro and 100,000 Euro

Also in this price range, leaders are again, Alexandriei Road and Rahova areas

  1. Rahova. In this district, 40% of homeowners require between 75,000 Euro and 100,000 Euro.
  2. Alexandriei Road and Giurgiului. In Alexandriei Road is half the percentage of Rahova. 21% of homes have prices ranging from € 75,000 and € 100,000. The same percentage is found in the Giurgiului area.
  3. Pantelimon and Colentina. According to Imopedia.ro, in Pantelimon and Colentina, 14% of all real estate offer is within the noted price range.

  3. Prelungirea Ghencea. In Prelungirea Ghencea, buyers that have budgets ranging from 100,000 and 150,000 Euro have from where to choose. 27% of the homes supply falls into this range.
